The Waxing Society Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all guests, please review the following: Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows Guests who do not show for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. If we are unable to accommodate the full service, the cancellation policy may apply. Card on File A valid card is required to reserve all appointments.
